The government has proposed development of 1300 townhouses and apartments on this site. The strategy document (released in April 2024) is very limited in detail and provides only a small-scale plan of the site.
YRA lodged a brief submission. While this commented on the proposed scale of development, its focus was our concerns related to traffic management and the likely impact on Yarralumla.
Curtin Residents Association lodged a submission on behalf of Curtin residents.
