Yarralumla does Christmas is hosted by the YRA. It is a free community event funded by the YRA and generous support from members of our local business community.
Yarralumla Residents Association invites our community - all those who live, play, work, or go to school in Yarralumla - to share a free and fun afternoon celebrating our community and the festive season.

What about dinner? What's there to eat?
- Jacko’s Pizza van will be cooking from 4pm
- Free afternoon tea for all:
Icecreams and fresh fruit for the kids.
Fabulous gluten free homemade fruit cake for the big kids.
What's on at Yarralumla Does Christmas?
- Morris Dancing 3.30pm-4.30pm
- The Exhibitionists - 5 piece band from 4.30pm
- Yarralumla's David Harvey on piano - playing Christmas carols between band sets.
- Bubbles - make huge bubbles with the giant bubble wands
- Face Painting
- Clay Play with Aeon Academy - for all ages.
- Ropes, knots and fun with LBG Sea Scouts
- Santas mailbox - post your Christmas letter to Santa
- Outdoor games - kids quoits, cornhole, outdoor noughts and crosses
- Free draw for gift vouchers donated by our local businesses
Wet Weather Plans
If needed, the plans will go on YRA’s website at midday on the day. Wet weather venue allows for all activities to go ahead. www.yra.org.au
