The general plan is to proposal is to establish a new urban area west of Tuggeranong Parkway and north of Cotter Road, ultimately housing around 73,000 people, over the next 30 years.
The major concern to Yarralumla residents is the traffic flows along Cotter Road and the prospect of change to intersections with Adelaide Avenue. The YRA continues to monitor the likely impact.
